Marketplace  the high-priced multi-purpose vehicle (MPV)  will be more heaving. Because  Hyundai  will insert  the H1 models that carries the diesel engine, namely Hyundai H1 CRDI. H1 with the diesel engines will accompany the H1 that brings the petrol engine that was promoted  in 2008.

In this MPV marketplace   we can notice the Toyota Alphard, Toyota Vellfire, Volkswagen Caravelle, VW Transporter and Mercedes Benz Vito.

With the occurrence of Hyundai H1 petrol engine and   diesel engine, it can be said that Hyundai’s entry into the MPV  segment   with 2  models.

Dissimilar with the Toyota Alphard, wich marketed with 2  engine models, ie, 2.4 Liter (4-cylinder inline) and 3.0 Litre (6 cylinder in configuration V/V6), Hyundai H1 marketed merely with a single version of the engine, with  capability of 2.4 liter gasoline engine ( 2359 cc), 4 cylinder inline.While for the diesel engine, Hyundai H1 holds a capability of 2.5 liter engine, 4 cylinder inline, the similar  with VW Caravelle and Transporter.

Even though  the rather  big figure, turning radius (turning circle) is really nice, only 5.61 meters, the best in its segment. That cause Hyundai H1 is very trouble-free  to maneuver on restricted streets.

In feature, Hyundai H1 can be compared  with the Toyota Alphard. Nevertheless, because Hyundai H1 is a South Korean-made vehicle , the selling price far lower  than the Japanese-made car, Toyota Alphard. Hyundai H1 using the manual gear is sold at USD 340 million, whereas those using automatic gearbox with a variety of USD 357.5 million-USD 378 million.

The diesel engine that makes  maximum power at 3800 rpm PK 170 and maximum torque of 392 Nm at 2000-2500 rpm.
